-Leave of Absence-

There are a few types of leave of absence (LOA). Long-Term, Short-Term, Wellness, and military. For any individual taking a LOA please place LOA in the respective discord channel and you will be given the LOA role, also please notify your division leader on your LOA status.

-Long-Term LOA: A member can request a (Long-Term LOA) at any time. Once that person gets the (Long-Term LOA) that person is relieved of all duties and responsibilities. A (Long-Term LOA) is good for 16-90 days. Once that person returns, they are to pick up right where they left off in the Clan.

-Short-Term LOA: A member can request a (Short-Term LOA) at any time. Once that person gets the (Short-Term LOA) that person is relieved of duties and responsibilities. A (Short-Term LOA) is good for 5-15 days, once that person returns, they are to pick up right where they left off in the Clan.

-Wellness LOA: The Wellness LOA is for people that are possibly struggling with mental health issues or other serious problems. By making this Wellness LOA request, it is NOT to be denied by any means. The Wellness LOA can fall under Long-Term or Short-Term depending on how much time that person needs. Once that person is off the Wellness LOA they are to return and pick right back up to where they left off (If they are mentality ready to return). The FRA Clan can also provide help to that person if wanted.

-Military LOA: A member can receive a Military LOA at any time, that will be brought to a division leader. This request is to NOT be denied for any reason. By this request that person will be relieved by any responsibilities in the FRA Clan. This LOA is good for any amount of days. Once the person is back, they are to pick up right where they left off.
